Refund policy
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, returned items:

must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received;

must have all original tags attached and intact;

must be returned complete with all parts, accessories, and original packaging;

must include the original invoice/packing slip;

must be shipped back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Please note: custom-made one-of-one pieces (produced specifically on request) are excluded from returns in accordance with EU law.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All Sales Final (Outside EU)
All sales of merchandise shipped outside the European Union are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders delivered outside the EU.
Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
